The synthesis laboratory is equipped with various types of glass reaction instruments and supporting Rotary evaporator, drying oven, vacuum pump, automatic heating and cooling equipment, etc. The reaction types involve substitution, oxidation, reduction, hydrogenation, nitrification, condensation, cyclization, photochemical reaction, etc; The main instruments in the testing and analysis laboratory include imported LC-MS, HPLC, GC, IR, UV, ICP, potentiometric titrator, moisture analyzer, dissolution tester, laser particle size analyzer, etc; The kilogram level laboratory is equipped with a 20L-100L glass reactor, a small high-pressure reactor, and matching automatic heating and cooling equipment, a small ion exchange column, a small centrifuge, etc., which can perform various reactions at 0-12.5MPa, -20~150 ℃.
The pilot plant of the engineering center is equipped with various specifications of stainless steel and enamel reaction kettles from 500L to 5000L, as well as matching vacuum systems, distillation towers, storage tanks, filter presses, centrifuges, ovens, and crushing and packaging devices, which can meet the needs of 500 kilograms of pilot plant testing.
